Dubai City Tower




Dubai City tower :vertical city (2.4 km - 1.5 miles tallest building) is the professional project that is proposed to be sited along the Persian Gulf where part of the building could push into the ocean creating a marina and a destination for cruise ship and tourism.
Dubai City Tower is organized into 400 story neighborhoods connected via a vertical bullet train that quickly distributes people between sky plazas that separate the diffrent vertical neighborhoods.

Dubai, Business Bay


Dubai Business Bay, which is actually a new city within the city of Dubai, is located in Dubai's downtown. Created and planned along the new extension of the famous Dubai creek, the Business Bay development extends from Ras Al Khor to Sheikh Zayed road. Business Bay’s large surface area is 64 million square feet and includes office and residential units. This project will be a complete and fully-functional mixed-use development. Business Bay’s first buildings were completed in 2007 and the remainder are scheduled to be fully completed by 2010. This free trade zone is going to have more than 230 buildings upon completion.

About Abu Dhabi capital of UAE

The emirate of Abu Dhabi is located in the oil-rich and strategic United Arab Emirates and is an active member of the Gulf Co-operation Council (GCC). It borders with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (south) and the Sultanate of Oman (east). The emirate borders the emirate of Dubai to its northeast. In the north is the Persian Gulf.

Abu Dhabi city is on an island located less than a quarter-kilometer from the mainland and is joined to the mainland by the Maqta and Musaffah Bridges. A third bridge, designed by Zaha Hadid, is currently under construction. Bridges connecting to Reem Island and Saadiyat Island are also under construction.

Most of Abu Dhabi is located on the island itself, but it has many suburbs on the mainland for example: The Khalifa Cities, Between Two Bridges, Mussafah Residential and more

Ajman properties

Ajman was the second emirate to offer freehold property in emirate. Ajman is currently the only emirate in the UAE offering investors of any nationality fully transparent true 100% freehold ownership on real estate, which in turn has attracted a huge number of investors (local and international) to this emirate.
New Ajman is the name given to the area being developed outside of the current Ajman city, located by the Emirates Road that will consist of many new developments & projects envisioned by Chief of Municipality Sheikh Rashid Al Nuaimi. One of the first developments of New Ajman is called "The Emirates City", a brand new city located directly on the Emirates Road to be built from scratch consisting of more than 100 mid- and high-rise buildings.
Ajman International Airport hosting about two million passengers per year has also been announced, and construction will start in the second half of 2008 in the Al Manama area of the Ajman, and airport operations are set to start by 2011
